According NBC News, the little boy shot and killed his mother after finding a loaded semi-automatic handgun in their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma yesterday November 25th.
The woman's mother who also lives in the house, but wasn't present when the horrible accident occurred, came home and found the 3 year old and 1 year old covered in blood and crying, this is according to Tulsa police. She found her daughter unresponsive beside her children and thought she'd been killed by an intruder. She immediately called the police.
But while investigating, the police found out that the boy had found the gun under a sofa in the living room and had accidentally fired it. Unfortunately his mum was in the line of fire. Police said when they visited the home, they found a lot of guns there. The woman's husband wasn't home when the incident occurred.

Well, they killed a black unarmed teen and said there is nothing wrong with it. The same way their children will kill them. I don't see anything wrong in it. They have murdered sleep. It's a pity this happened. But 1st you got to understand why Americans own guns. It's a provision in the US constitution called the 2nd Amendment. This amendment was created by the founding fathers of the US i.e George Washington and others. This Amendment was created to give people a right to be FREE. This Amendment was created to keep GOVT in check, whereby if a Govt is becoming a Tyranny the citizens need to take up arms & fight the tyrannical Govt. This was why Americans were able to fight the Tyrannical British oppression. This is why Americans believe they did not fight for independence but rather they liberated themselves. Which is why liberation is very different from independence. If you believe you were given independence then you believe you have a master. Independence is what every man has, it should not be given to you by anyone. This is why we own guns, cos no single person or govt should consider itself to be so superior that it has the right to take away another person's right of being independent or freedom.
- This is why America does not have an oppressive Govt like other countries.
- This is why because you feel you are superior to me either because you are a chief, millionaire,president, Governor, local govt chairman, senator, Mike Adenuga, Jonathan etc you feel you can take away my rights.
- This is why you can't come to my house and rob me.
- This is why because you are military man or police man you feel you are more superior to me and you can harass me and take away my rights as a human being.
So for most Nigerians who don't know shit about nothing. Enjoy and keep living in your gun free,Govt oppressive society and tell how that is working for you. I sympathize with you if you wrote this long epistle defending the 2nd Amendment that was written donkey years ago for a different generation!
Unfortunately since Americans value their 2nd Amendment right and refuse to add a little common sense to make it relevant and alive to the current realities in the American Society of the year 2014, senseless and tragic deaths like this would never stop!!!
